Since being elected to the provincial legislature in last year's by-election, I have worked every day on behalf of people in Chilliwack-Hope. And I'm more convinced than ever that people here deserve a new and better government.

Adrian Dix and the BC NDP are offering British Columbians change for the better, one practical step at a time. To grow a sustainable economy and create jobs, we’ll invest in our land base, make education and skills training a priority, and improve healthcare.

After 12 years in government, the BC Liberals have shown they are not up to the challenges our province faces today. New Democrats’ prudent, affordable plan is focused on positive change to create opportunities and make life better for you and your family.

We’re offering a new approach to change the way we engage in politics. We’ll make it more positive and less personal, getting away from debates characterized by tearing people down.

Commitments must be paid for. That’s why we’ll say what we’ll do and how we’ll pay for it. There won’t be any surprises like the HST.
